2. Documentation
GEF provides proper guidance to make all the required documents for getting admission into college or university and applying for visa. Special care is taken to make documents for the students who live outside the Kathmandu valley. GEF make approach to different offices itself for students to make their documents.

3. Assisting in Education / Bank Loan
GEF helps the students to get education loan to complete their study abroad. Some students might need bank loan also to cover their living expenses in abroad. For this, GEF provides assistance to take loan from different reputed banks of Nepal.

4. Visa Preparation
GEF provides visa preparation class to all its students. For some students whose english is very poor, GEF provides them special english language class to improve their English so there will be high chance of getting visa.

5. Travel Arrangement
GEF helps abroad going students to make their ticket arrangement to their chosen destination at a reasonable rate.

6. Accommodation Arrangement
GEF helps students for their accommodation arrangement in abroad.

7. Airport Pickup
GEF ensures that their students will be pick-up at airport in abroad by the college people at a given time.

8. Pre-Arrival Briefing
All the necessary information about travel in abroad is provided to the students.
