Step-by-Step Processing System of GEF

Step 1.
» Submit Attested Photocopies of all academic documents (S.L.C., +2, Bachelor etc).
» Submit Attested Photocopy of IELTS or TOEFL score (If required).
» Submit Attested Photocopy of Passport and 2 PP size Photo.
» Make Draft of an application fee as required.
» Pay Courier Charge of NRS 2,500.00 to Google Educational Foundation (P.) Ltd.


Step 2.
» Offer letter arrive after 2 to 6 weeks (Depending upon Country)
» Make No Objection Letter and Foreign Exchange Certificate from Ministry of Education, Kathmandu.
» Make other required documents for visa application.
» Make attested copy of all academic documents and visa documents.

Step 3.
» Send Tuition fees and other fees required to the chosen college.
» You will received COE and fee receipt.
» Apply to nearest Embassy / Consulate with all required documents, visa application fee, etc.

» Once visa is received, make required amount of Travel Cheque for your personal expenses.
» Buy airline ticket.
» Pay NRS 10,000.00 to Google Educational Foundation (P) Ltd. as Service Charge.
» Make arrangement for leaving to the concern Country and fly. Note: This processing system is applicable for all countries except USA, UK, Canada.

Step 1.
» Submit Attested Photocopies of all academic documents (S.L.C., +2, Bachelor etc).
» Submit Attested Photocopy of IELTS, TOEFL, GMAT, GRE or SAT score.
» Submit Attested Photocopy of Passport and 2 PP size Photo.
» Make Draft of an application fee as required.
» Pay Courier Charge of NRS 5000.00 to Google Educational Foundation (P.) Ltd.

Step 2.
» Offer letter arrive after 2 to 6 weeks (Depending upon Country)
» Make No Objection Letter from Ministry of Education, Kathmandu.
» Make other required documents for visa application.
» Make attested copy of all academic documents and visa documents

Step 3.
Make approach in American Embassy for Visa Interview.

Step 4.
Once visa is received, Make draft of required tuition fees, traveler cheque and air ticket.
